Marathon Petroleum Norge

Marathon was established in 1887 and has its headquarters in Houston, USA. Marathon Petroleum Norge AS started operating on the Norwegian continental shelf in 2002. The company now produces from the Alvheim field, an area which contains vast supplies of oil and gas which are extracted in the most effective environmental and economic ways possible.

The company is also in the process of developing the Volund project. All in all, Norway is a major priority for Marathon, both offshore and on land.

Fasett has developed and launched several campaigns for Marathon: A recruitment campaign targeting students in Norway, and a launch campaign for Marathon’s new promise in and to Norway: ”Here to stay.”

The campaign illustrations were created in collaboration with Commando Group in Oslo.
