300 jobs in Norway’s biggest recruitment campaign

The oil service company BIS Industrier is one of Norway’s leading companies within insulation, scaffolding and surface (ISO fields) and has almost 3000 employees across the country, both on- and offshore. And they are winning more and more new contracts. That is why they need new specialists!

The aim of the recruitment campaign for BIS Industrier was to highlight how many people would be appointed, not just in figures, but as a number.



300 does not seem that much if you just write it like that, but if you write it as 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 and so on, it would be a completely different matter. It would also attract quite a lot of attention amongst potential new employees and competitors!! 
We therefore took this idea and put it together with the vacancies they wanted to fill. In order words, 300 empty overalls, 300 pairs of gloves ready for use and 300 shiny new helmets – all ready to be filled.
