Launch of SVG airport – a special app for Sola

The SVG airport app tells you everything you need to know when you are flying from Sola: departure times, arrivals, delays, security check queues, where to park, etc.



 

It was not necessary to communicate this innovation/app by paying for some form of mass communication (newspapers and the internet, etc.), as only people travelling to and from Sola will benefit from it. The campaign was therefore initially based around all the various permanently installed ‘apps’ (with information) already at the airport. These apps, both large and small, were then made mobile.

During the launch period, SVG offered free Wi-Fi so that anyone who wanted to could download the app at the airport.

Fasett contributed to the development of the content of the app itself and took responsibility for the entire launch campaign.
